Wooden House and Renovation Fair 2026

More information about the event will be published in early 2026, but the registration of fair sites will begin already in 2025.

Overview of the 2025 Event
The Wood House and Renovation Fair was held in Kaskinen for the first time in 2025. The event brought together 16 wooden house and garden sites, inviting visitors directly into real homes and yards – into the heart of renovation, tradition, and sustainable building solutions.

The fair days did not go entirely as planned: strong storm winds forced the cancellation of Saturday’s program. On Sunday, the fair sites were opened to the public without exhibitors present. Despite this – or perhaps because of it – approximately 600 visitors toured the sites, clearly demonstrating strong interest in wooden houses and renovation building.

In 2026, we will build on this experience to create an even stronger event. We are looking for exhibitors who want to meet their audience in an authentic environment and as part of a living city. In Kaskinen, the fair is not just an event – it is a meeting place for those who value wood, craftsmanship, and sustainable construction.
