Wanha Talli – Culture and art in historic settings
The Horse Stable, now known as Wanhan Tallin Galleria, was built by the City of Kaskinen as a horse stable with accommodation facilities intended to serve fish buyers arriving from the surrounding region. The building plans date back to 1911 and can be viewed inside the building. In later years, the building also served as housing during difficult times. About twenty years ago, the Marina Art Association was granted the use of the residential section for its summer exhibitions. The stable end of the building continues to be used as storage space.
