Kirkkokatu 17 apt 2 – Domino Townhouse Apartment and Viewing

The housing company where the apartment is located is known as the “domino building” – a two-storey townhouse complex built in 1977 entirely on a steel beam frame. This provides excellent thermal and sound insulation, as well as fully adaptable interiors since there are no load-bearing partition walls. The company has only five apartments, each 113 m² over two floors with a private yard.

The apartment is currently used as an Airbnb, offering space, style and tranquillity just 300 metres from the sea. The interiors were renovated in January 2025: floors were replaced, walls painted, and surfaces updated.

The site is open during the official opening hours of the fair

Special programme: The owner will be present to explain the unique construction of the domino building, the housing company, and the apartment. Coffee and juice will be served during the fair.
