The Kaskinen Wooden House and Renovation Fair 2025 will be held on 16–17 August 2025, and we are now looking for enthusiastic partners to join us!

Exhibitors

Are you a specialist in wooden or renovation construction, traditional building, interior design, or gardening?

Main event location:

Kaskinen Market Square – the central hub of the fair

Alternative exhibition locations (by separate agreement):

• Vacant plot (e.g. presentation area or building under construction)

• Yard or garden of a showcase location

The goal is to enliven the entire Kaskinen town centre and showcase diverse building solutions.

Stand prices:

• Market square spot (4 x 4 m): €199 + VAT (includes electricity, both days)

• Special location (vacant lot or showcase): €899 + VAT

 ↳ Electricity available where possible

Food Vendors

Do you offer street food, coffee, or local delicacies?

We are looking for food sellers and café operators to serve visitors at the Kaskinen Market Square throughout the event.

There are no size restrictions for sales areas.

Price per spot:

• €199 + VAT (includes electricity and both event days)

For Experts and Demonstrators

Would you like to share your expertise with fair visitors?

We are looking for experts, lecturers, and demonstrators who can provide practical knowledge and tips about construction, renovation, interior design, energy, or gardening.

Lecturers and Experts

Short info sessions and discussions will be held at the market square

Participation is free of charge

Live Demonstrations

Held at the market square or suitable locations

Location fee will be agreed separately in special cases

Required technical arrangements (e.g. electricity) will be agreed case-by-case
