The Kaskinen Wooden House and Renovation Fair is back! The 2026 fair once again showcases Kaskinen’s unique wooden house culture, history and living environment. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore beautiful wooden houses, learn their stories and discover a variety of renovation, restoration and interior design solutions.

The event offers inspiration for wooden house owners, renovation enthusiasts and everyone who appreciates traditional Finnish wooden construction. The fair includes fully renovated homes, ongoing restoration projects, historic buildings and charming courtyards.

Fair Ticket €10 (incl. VAT)
Island City Night €20 (incl. VAT)
Combined Ticket for the Fair and Island City Night €25 (incl. VAT)

Tickets are available in advance and during the event at the ticket sales point on Kaskinen Market Square. Electronic tickets are exchanged for wristbands upon presentation of a receipt or other proof of purchase. Wristbands are available only at the market square. Accepted payment methods are card payment, MobilePay and ePassi.

Market Square Area

Kaskinen Market Square serves as the heart of the fair. Throughout the event, visitors can meet exhibitors, companies and industry experts presenting their products, services and expertise. Entry to the market square area is free of charge.

The market square also includes ticket sales, visitor toilets and other event services.

Saturday Evening Event

On Saturday, 22 August, the fair continues with Island City Night at Kaskinen Market Square. The combined ticket gives access to both the fair and the evening event. The evening’s headline performer is Elias Kaskinen.
